Jake,

Please tell me where you found that at or what area of town.

Re: Watch where you put your hands
Hi Rick,

It was a beater FnJ in old east Plano. There was a wash behind the house that looked like it only carried water during rains. The grass was also high around the house.

When I saw that I froze... I don't know how long it had been there that I had walked right by the laundry area. After I found it, it took an extra 45 minutes to do the inspection since I kept walking back to make sure it was still there .

Jake, that makes my jump when my hand hit an old wasp nest when opening an exterior panel cover seem way mild.
You sure you didn't have company on the way home... be sure to check under the seats...

Jim,

You didn't see me do the curly shuffle when I opened the damper on a house in Cedar Hill and a Raccoon was standing on the smoke shelf. I was just glad the buyers weren't there.
