Hi Gene,

I tested uploading 5 pics at once through your account and it worked for me. Please let me know what the error says when you try.

While going through this I did increase the permitted file size size a little. A picture that has a large size in pixels or file size is most often the reason for an upload error. The height or width can not be over 1200px and the file size not over 290kb. The pictures I uploaded were under 20kb each.

I have added this comment in the Error message that pops up and I have also provided a URL to a site that will compress photo files. That site is:

I know you have uploaded many files in the past so if this is not the cause please let me know the error or issue and I will continue to help until we get it figured out.
