Comming Back
Hi I am starting to get back in business in Pa , when you loose some one to death you go into a shut down stage , for a while , So I moved back to Pa, I was a reg mech contractor in fla yrs ago, still have a lot of friends down there , My Close Friend and Teacher is Joel L Mezerowski,owner of Affordable Appraisals & Inspections
in Clearwater , Fl . I too was a member of N.A.P.I. No 5468 , willing to get my life together and get rolling back in the Home Inspection Business and still in the Refrigeration Business

I don't know Billy. It's October 19th in Philadelphia, about 75 degrees and insanely humid. I'm not sure about global, but we sure have local warming here.

Visited my in laws in Winter Have FL. one February got down mid 60's one morning they are pulling out the sweater and crabbing SOO COLD! (lived in PA around beaver falls)
We hit a big ice storm on the way back highs were in the 20's.I guess it's what you are use to High here yesterday 89.
