View First Unread
The first thing I do when I come to InspectionNews is click on 'New Posts'. That will open a window with new threads and old threads with new replies that I have not read. The old threads with new posts have a 'View First Unread' link at the top of the thread. Ideally by clicking on the 'View First Unread' link you will be taken directly to the first reply that you have not read (located directly below the last reply you read).

In reality the 'View First Unread' link will take me to my first unread reply only if one or a very few replies have been posted since my last visit to that thread. If there have been a dozen or more replies since my last visit 'View First Unread' will skip over several unread posts. Sometimes I am taken to a post that I have already read.

Are others experiencing these or similar "difficulties"?
