From what I've seen, if you click on the InspectionNews that is underlined at the top left of the the screen you will get a 'table of contents' of sorts. It lists all of the categories and posts for us.
Just wondering if a table of contents could be made to show up on the cover page?

Please explain. I'm not quite sure what you are looking for.
I did move this post to the "HELP" section because I didn't think you were speaking about a Table of Contents on a report. If I was wrong please let me know.
