Boiler clearance
Too late for Burnham, Anyone have the clearance requirements for boiler sidewall.

I'm too lazy to look up the Boiler clearances per Manuf. I just tag'em for lack of fire separation. 1/2 hour in SF, 1 hour in 1-4 multi-unit in the City. Easy for me, easy for others to understand.
In this case, looks like you have around 2-3". That might be enough per Manuf. on a newer boiler like that, not me though. Did you take the cover off? Lots of times there's a clearance tag inside on a panel.

You have clearances to combustibles then you have practical service and inspection clearance. If you cannot get to every *thing* on the boiler and appurtenances, then it's too close. For instance, if the rating plate is on the left side of the boiler housing, then it is too close to access for reading.
Measure from the single walled vent connector: 18" clearance to combustibles unless reduced clearance stated by mfr.
I want to see you replace that PRV without cussing someone.
Keep the fire in the fireplace.
