    Talking Service Techician Note

I'm guessing the service tech for the old boiler in this house was getting tired of servicing the beast.

    Talking Re: Service Techician Note

No wonder he's throwing parts at it. This unit has low draft numbers yet techs think fix the box and overlook the whole system. I would love to inspect the venting on that unit. Dennis, any chance you have another pic showing the full combustion analysis numbers? Also, I don't believe that zero smoke number.

Funny comment. Good pick up. I saw one on an HVAC site where the tech wrote colorful comments on how much of a jerk the homeowner was. The condenser was on a roof top and this homeowner would stand and "supervise" any tech.

Keep the fire in the fireplace.
