    Default A/C waterheater combo

    Does anyone else get this kind of a setup in other places. There is a certain builder in our area who is notorious for this water heater placement. Not to mention the drain lines deficiencies.

    You mean a/c AHU installed over the water heater?

    In almost all the older condos.
