Re: Radiant Heating Manifold
Well it does appear that the system is filled with antifreeze.
Aside from that the workmanship does appear to be lacking to say the least.
How does it perform? May be the wrong time of year to determine that but that would be a larger concern for me before the workmanship. In other words is the zoning proper, thermostats activating the proper pump/zone valve? Does the piping need to be insulated or is it in a heated space? Are the in floor radiant zones provided with mixing valves to limit floor temp?

Re: Radiant Heating Manifold
"Evidence of poor workmanship present. Heating system effectiveness is beyond the scope of a home inspection. I recommend further evaluation of the radiant heating system for proper operation, effectiveness / efficiency & installation methods, by a contractor familiar with radiant heating prior to closing."
