    Could you determine how that stone was installed? One inch air gap? Manufactured stone or real? Looks real but its hard to tell from a picture.
    Any signs of leaks at the baseboards or walls?

    Yes, disconnect embedded in the stone veneer.

    Water intrusion issues highly likely with this lick 'em and stick 'em veneer. No flashings visible at sills that slope back towards the house. Only a bit of caulk.

    Nice Catch on the DK there are some serious issues with this install how old was the unit, looks kind of new.
