    Default Age of Fedders Corp Furnace???

    Hello to all,

    Fedders Corp gas-fired furnace model GU100 DC2 serial HR 14142.

    House was built in 1961. My Blue Book goes back to 1967, and this model number is not included.

    Is this furnace original to the house???

    Well, I gave up. I sent the folowing to Fedders. We'll see if they answer.

    An associate came across one of your older gas furnaces during a home inspection. We have been trying to date it and size it without success. Can you help?
    Model# GU100 DC2 serial HR 14142.
