Default Direct Vent clearance to bathroom exhaust duct hood

The direct vent hood is from a Goodman high efficiency gas furnace. The accordian vinyl duct is from a bathroom exhaust fan.

I don't think the close proximity of the bathroom exhaust duct to the combustion gas outlet is such a good idea. A cursory search yields nothing to support my gut instinct, so I wanted to throw it up here and see if my gut is off or there is some supporting information to be had.

    Thanks.

I'm not aware of a clearance requirement for that.

Goodman furnace huh? What else did the builder skimp on? Let me guess - he's going to put the siding up over the brick without proper flashing details.

I doubt that white plastic duct is even approved for that use (bathroom fan exhaust).

Having a gas vent directly below a window is the larger problem.
