Lennox AC age?
Serial number on separate label ripped off. Unit looks pretty old.

Re: Lennox AC age?
John,
IIRC...
1.) Lennox closed or at least announced their intention (May 1993) to close their Columbus, Ohio A/C Plant in Late 1993 or in early 1994, and to consolidate their Home Heating & Cooling Products manufacturing at their Marshalltown, IA plant;
2.) I noted the label you photographed indicates the Condensor was manufactured at the Columbus, Ohio Plant;
3.) The identification mfg label itself format may be of a pre-1991 vintage;
Considering Nos. 1, 2, and 3, above, leads to my best WAG as to the age of the unit is at least between 19-1/2 and 22 years old, which would put it well beyond its projected useful life, and would be considered inefficient (SEER, etc.) by today's standards.
Without a serial number, insignia placard, and/or more information, it would be difficult to say more precisely. Did not lookup model number/series production data.
HTH.

u
John
I was looking at the numbers in the lower right of the data tag
8- 9791CC
I think H.G. is on the right track dependent on sequence of those numbers..
16-20 years of age.
