What would cause thgis type of damage?
I've never seen anything quite like this before, what would cause this degree of damage?

Just (another) damn foreclosure.
My wife was treated this morning to my daily shower serenade, this time to the tune of the Micky Mouse Club "anything Can Happen Day" Song (If anyone here other than me goes back that far)...
"Today is a day that is filed with foreclosures,
nobody knows what's gonna' happen"...
I hate em. hate um', hate em, HATE EM... each one seems worse than the last... it makes me pine for the days of El Cheapo condo conversions, when there was a least someone (usually an Evil Developer) at whom you could point the finger of blame...
I inspects em', and I writes em up... and the silly clients STILL want to buy these dogs.
