Plexvent
I just saw this venting setup for the first time yesterday so I looked it up and see was recalled in 1998. The furnace looked terrible too. Stains and rust from leaks and the pipe had caulk seals all over it.

The house was 25 years old. The owners must have never heard about the recall.
