    Default Return register near shower

2000 home - Master bedroom with in suite bath - short hallway to bath with closets - no doors between bedroom and bath - ceiling return register in hall within 2 feet of shower - shower wall 6' high and open at top. My question: any negative issues from return drawing in moisture / steam from shower. Thanks

Jerry thanks; could you give some examples. I'm trying to think of negative issues with moisture laden air entering the return system but can't come up with anything exact.

Moisture in the return air ducts.

Depending on how much moisture, could cause the return air filter to hold that moisture and clog up sooner. .

Fiberglass ducts? Don't want moisture in those.
