    Think 'voltage sniffer' - if the cabinet/enclosure sets the voltage sniffer off ... it is very likely HOT/LIVE. (versus you being 'dead')

    Such a tragedy. I lost a good friend a few years ago. He was using an old Skill saw in an attic and grabbed a galvanized pipe to steady himself. He was instantly gone.
