corrosion around threads
This is a three year old heat pump unit in a condo. What would cause the corrsion around the water connections.
Sorry about the poor quallity picture.

Condensation building up on the uninsulated section of the suction line in cooling mode.

Except those are not refrigerant lines, those are chiller lines.
There is/was/has been leakage there, most likely at the top joint.
Looks like 'newer' pipe thread tape.
Probably 'was' leaking.

I was questioning the green stuff next to the Teflon tape at the top fitting???
