    Default Condensate drain

    Second floor utility room. Boiler next to drain and Air handler above in attic area.
    Trap for drain is directly under the drain opening resulting in water viewable at top of drain. Should the trap be further down or is mold growth not an issue here?
    Thanks for any ideas.
