    Put Consolidated furnace into advanced search. Looks like a California issue around 2000.

    I have the CPSC info and get the updates as they're issued

    I was just curious about the overall doc...today's inspection had an attic installed Consolidate furnace with charred rafters ta'boot.

    Don't all of those have a standing pilot light? If so they should be reported as being toast anyway!

    Visit my web site at http://qpi-inspect.com/Furnace%20art...20revision.pdf to download a report by the leading expert and fire investigator about the Consolidated furnace. This furnace is a problem in more states than California as described by the author.
