Metal ducts shall be supported by 0.5-inch (12.7 mm) wide 18-gage metal straps or 12-gage galvanized wire at intervals not exceeding 10 feet (3048 mm) or other approved means. Nonmetallic ducts shall be supported in accordance with the manufacturer's installation instructions.

Go here ( flexibleduct.org - [ ADC_Inst.asp ] ) and click on "Click to view the "Installation Guidelines" in English or Spanish.
Or right-click above and select "Save Target As..." to download the PDF file."
"English" will get you the installation instructions in English.
Dang, if you just click on the "English" in the copy and past I did, it will take you there! The right-click-to-view-menu function was disabled, however, it did copy the shortcut when I copied that - COOL!
