Gray PVC for direct vent furnace

I ran across some Electrical conduit used as a vent system, it looked to be in good condition. It seems to be the same type as the white PVC but I wasn't sure how to report it.
This is the information on the pipe:

National pipe 2" Sch. 40 gray rigid PVC conduit

Can this stuff be used???
