Well the gas line is black iron pipe. It is not going to be crushed or damaged by the refrigerant lines. The lines are insulated so the copper is not in contact with the black pipe. Is it proper? No, it is not. Is it going to cause a problem? I doubt it, but I would still note that the black pipe should be on the bottom. I don't see the need for a guard over the pipe.

The vent needs to have an air clearance around it. The "B" vent has it printed on the side of the pipe. If it is a zero clearance pipe it will say so on it.

Th brick supports. Not perfect, but I don't think it violates anything.

I do not see a drip pan in the picture either which is required if it is in the attic

Look at the very back of the picture. You can see the drain pan and lines.

Ok I could not tell, I did a home the other day that they were told it was AC ready, yea right.

After they rebuild the cabinet to fit the coil into, raise the entire unit for a drip pan and plumb the entire thing, but its ready

I tend to agree with Scott. As long as it isn't hurting anything and everything else is secured properly, what can go wrong?

No sediment trap at the appliance. If not allowed outside the thermal envelope per AHJ, there should be one inside the shell as close as practical to the vertical riser and an access door provided.

I would like to see a listed wall band used to secure that B-vent with its 1" clearance maintained.
