Well the gas line is black iron pipe. It is not going to be crushed or damaged by the refrigerant lines. The lines are insulated so the copper is not in contact with the black pipe. Is it proper? No, it is not. Is it going to cause a problem? I doubt it, but I would still note that the black pipe should be on the bottom. I don't see the need for a guard over the pipe.
The vent needs to have an air clearance around it. The "B" vent has it printed on the side of the pipe. If it is a zero clearance pipe it will say so on it.
Th brick supports. Not perfect, but I don't think it violates anything.
