Cat 1 Venting - InspectionNews

Looked at a Weatherking Cat. 1 furnace model #80LJ12 where the exhaust vent was horizontal and terminated at the sidewall of the home. This unit has an inducer fan, but is that acceptable for a sidewall termination? I was unable to loccate a manual for this brand/model.

Weatherking is made by Rheem Heating Cooling and Water Heating Products.

(there was a thread on these systems yesterday might search this site as well.
