AC unit age
Can anyone help put an age on this York unit?

York uses third letter of S/N.

H= 1999.

"A" starts at 1992, and so on.

More recent labels tend to have an actual date on the bottom right.

The unit was manufactured in Nov. of 1999 the second letter is the month a=Jan and so on. Ane the third letter is the year. Modern A starts at 1992 and pre 92 the A starts at 1971.
