No replies in the roofing section, maybe here

Flu pipe between a turbine vent and side wall. Also a ridge vent above.

I don't see those turbine vents around here so I'm not sure about it.
I need some ideas on this so I finish the report.

Forget the wind driven turbin, the problem is the adjacent vertical wall!

Well Phillip,
That's what I thought, but just for curiosity, if not for the vertical wall what would be the rule for the turbine and flu.

IRC. G2427.6.5 (503.6.6) Gas vent termination. A gas vent shall terminate in accordance with one of the following:- 1. Above the roof surface with a listed cap or listed roof assembly. Gas vents 12 inches (305 mm) in size or smaller with listed caps shall be permitted to be terminated in accordance with Figure G2427.6.5, provided that such vents are at least 8 feet (2438 mm) from a vertical wall or similar obstruction. All other gas vents shall terminate not less than 2 feet (610 mm) above the highest point where they pass through the roof and at least 2 feet (610 mm) higher than any portion of a building within 10 feet (3048 mm).

IRC says:
- G2427.6.7 (503.6.7) Forced air inlets. Gas vents shall terminate not less than 3 feet (914 mm) above any forced air inlet located within 10 feet (3048 mm).
But, that is not a " forced air *inlet* ". Just something to keep in mind, though.
I did not find reference to 'building openings', which is what I was looking for. Bob H., is there a requirement for separation from 'building openings'?
