If it is true, that is sad and I feel sorry for everyone of those 200+ homeowners. Just another good reason to receive an inspection from an unbiased third party; even on new contruction.

"Lee also believes Fox Ridge built at least 210 homes with code issues during the same time period."
Yep, that's true.
Just like any place you inspect.
That is what keeps private home inspectors in business.
"alleging that the builder conspired with city inspectors"
No need to do that, and probably not done either. Simple fact is: *NO* home is built to code *ANYWHERE*.
Remember, that keeps us in business.
"As an Asian woman and single mother, I find it shocking "
What I suspect she found *shocking* was that the value of her house is, more likely than not, now less than her mortgage ... and how she wants out of it.
Then she read the bailout plan and found that it did not specifically include her and her overextended debt.

“As an Asian woman and single mother, I find it shocking that these old fashioned, good ol' boy networks still discriminate because of race, color and/or gender.”
How did they discriminate against her when they allegedly falsified the inspections on all the homes in the community? They did not single her out, they included her. She was not discriminated against, she was treated the equally in spite of her race, color and/or gender.
