Re: Boom time for property inspection company - The Union Leader
I guess I must be blind or living in a shell. You would think one would have heard of them before.
#0 plus million this year to do a quickie inspection or I also read getting the homes ready . Kind of a question of ethics there. I inspect the home and get the home ready for the market.
I guess I will have to read it again. I think that's what it said or implied.
If they made $30,000,000 divided by 1.5 million inspection, that is how much per inspection??????

Re: Boom time for property inspection company - The Union Leader
This is the field service company that pays $15 for photos and a small exterior visual condition of the property. They are charging the client upwards of $125 per house. I discovered this several months back when I was talking with a banker that I do a good number of draw inspections for. He said that they had just signed a year contract with them for this service on all of the REO's. He was telling me in not so many words that I needed to increase my fee for my draw inspections! I took his unspoken advice!

My sentiments exactly Rick. It comes to 20 per inspection. Obviously they are leaving a set of figures out of the equation.
I just received a call from ISD or ISDN inspection services out of Arizona about draw inspections. Have not received the info yet but was wondering if anyone ever heard of them.
