    Default Just sharing some pics

    These were taken during an inspection a few days ago. All are from the same 20 year old house. My guess is it was built by the homeowner without permits or inspections.

    It's kind of funny. The buyer's brother is a contractor and she says she's going to have him fix it. I feel sorry for her brother.

    With things so slow he is lucky to pick up the 6 to 8 weeks of work.
