    Default Scary Stuff you find out there

    This place was real rough, it has old post and pier foundation that's been so messed up it's not even funny. When I got down to the crawlspace/cellar area it was real warm, I could hear a fan running? Looked over and seen this space heater running! I would guess the landlord put it down there to keep pipes from freezing and just forgot about it. The power cord was so hot it was almost melting. Yes I unplugged it. Here's a few pics of the foundation.
