New electrical panel for sale
Never used - still in its original box. No guarantee on circuit breakers
I contemplated recommending "replacement of unused electrical panel within the basement stored items due to an increased risk of fire and known hazard." I didn't want to kill the sale so I let it go

Matt,
Too bad you didn't ask the sellers for it. I have a couple of panels that I use at an occasional HI meeting. Stuff that is incorrectly wired and we can look at and discuss. Fun fun fun!
