    I'm sure you all have experienced that creepy feeling you get in some homes when your their by yourself. You know like someone else is there with you.

    Just imagine turning around and see this.

    Rick,

    Did you identify what it was and what it was doing. Maybe it was some form of communication.

    They told me in HI school that we shouldn't carry guns on our inspection, it spooks the clients. ya right, what about the inspector?

    Jack-- just last week I had the beejeebers startled out of me when a mannequin (very live-like) quickly leaned out at me when I opened the bedroom closet door.

    Doesen't sound like much but, when you're totally off-guard... it'll get the heart pumping pretty good.
