I'm posting some pics from the Philly creampuff I looked at today. I understand posting these pics will likely result in a mass influx of inspectors to this area in an attempt to gobble up the inspections on these houses John and I covet so dearly.

That may just be the photo. I didn't notice it looking pink when I was there.

Were I Nick, I would institute a report surcharge to cover the ink for the printer.

Sure makes me feel better about the houses in Houston I inspect. Is it just me, or is that a drain line off the "sink" in the first photo running uphill?
