Thats the building inspector. Oh wait, I think thats the inspector that does the jobs in the "counties" around Houston. Usually you dont see anyone. At least the cow is probably watching the majority of the work. Just cant point out what isnt right.

I wondered who my last helper went to work for. That explains a lot!

This house came stocked with a food.

When I got down off of the roof they came over and laid down in the yard and watched me inspect the exterior.
