Just venting
Well I tore my other calf muscle a couple of hours ago. Hurts like hell. I tore the right calf about a year ago, and tonight I was practicing volleyball with my daughter who is on the school team and got a little too competetive and pop, there goes the left muscle. Man it sucks getting old. I am young enough to feel like I can do it, but too damn old to get it done. This is when I am glad I have an inspection partner. I can't even walk, let alone climb a ladder. If any of you have had this injury, you know it is quite painful and the older you are, the longer it takes to heal. Wish I had sick leave or Aflac.

Yep being 110 as you are is hell I guess. What is the old saying "use it or lose it" You are finding out what happens if you do not use it.

If I go for a five mile walk at the nature preserve here in Fort Worth I am hurting for days. It is not like walking a flat surface or a tread mill or anything like that. Up , down, around and thru turns into quite a work out. Even the hips and lower back are hurting.

Stop getting old and use it more often or you may as well shoot yourself. It will either be that you will wind up in a hall of a nursing home with your wheel chair up against the wall with your head tilted, slobber running down your chin and crap in your pants.

Wonderful outlook huh
