Would you call it out as needing handrails?

Re: Handrail?
I call those out as recommend removal of entire unit. The stairs are the least of the problems

Re: Handrail?
Around here, when you get homeowner's insurance, one of the questions is "do you have a trampoline". I assume that translates to an increase in cost.

Re: Handrail?
As a general rule, "YES" on an insurance form does equal higher cost.

Re: Handrail?
Just a guess but handrail, yep. Lesse, the rise on those steps seems to break the 3/8 allowable, the landings don't appear uniform and are they 10 inches minimum. Don't look to be 30 inches off the ground but if it is where is the guardrail.

Who the heck was that builder? Was there a permit? Write em up!

Oh, the trampeline looks just fine tho!
