Hello, name Gerard J. Duhon, from Houston, travel around Texas doing construction defect inspections, including foundations. Professional engineer, do work for Texas Residential Construction Commission. Also windstorm inspections. No TREC work (Real estate sale inspections). Love to learn about issues, the cause and cure. Love equipment, love advising people in their best interest.

I am a student in building inspection technology in Oregon. I just registered in this forum. I'm curious, do you work for a local jurisdiction, for the state or a private inspection service? I'm trying to look forward to what I might do when I graduate.
