I have 21 report binders with home maintenance manuals, 18 reports, 24 home maintenance dvd's, 50 - 100 door hangers, 1 bottle of "heat" heat exchanger analyzer, 2 radon test kits and a tool bag with a Stream light flashlight, tiff 8800 combustible gas detector and a protimeter moisture meter. This kit is perfect for a beginner.

All of the tools have only been used a handfull of times. I bought the entire tool kit when I started the business. The tiff sales for around $150 +/- it looks brand new....how does $100 sound?
