New Inspector new to the board

Hello everyone, just passed my NYS licensing exam and I'm anxious to get started in this business. For me it is a career change that I hope to utilize into my retirement (which is only 6 years from now). I still have a few things to complete before obtaining my license so I'll keep you all advised on my progress.

Thanks for the welcome. It is wet and cold for summer here in NY, I'm starting to rust. We have both new and old rural and city so it will be a fun and interesting mix.
