Welcome Scott,
I'm familiar with your area. If homes are selling over there (a little slow here) you must have writers cramp. I don't remember seeing too many homes there that were built in the last 75 yrs. On the other hand, most homes in that area were built to last 100 years. You must get some interesting inspections.
