    I have been a member for a while, I am a builder/remodeler from upstate S.C. and found this site researching a repair request from a HI report for a realtor.
    I have found this site to be a wealth of information, I visit daily and I enjoy the personalities as much as the content.
    I am not the most computer savvy person so it has taken a while for me to get comfortable with the site.
    This a test run and hopefully the first post of many.

    Welcome Chris, jump in anytime. The computer thing has always been tough for me too. Typing with fingers that resemble "vienna" sausages is not easy.
