I am Ralph from ValueGuard home inspections, located just outside Philadelphia in the town of Lancaster. This looks like a great resource and community!

I am not a home inspector, but manage a home inspection company of several ASHI inspectors operates in the greater Philadephia area including much of New Jersey and Delaware. I look forward to learning more here and introducing this forum to my inspectors.
