Hello all
My name is Tim, have been a building inspector for 12 years for a local Michigan City till 1-22-2010, no building coming in to town, other building inspector wears more hats than I did. Before that I was a contractor for 28 years.
So, now working on getting into home inspections and radon testing, just going to look around this fourm for a while. Thanks

Hi Tim,
Coming from a Building Inspector background plus a contractor, Home Inspections should be a good fit for you.
This is a slow time to get started, but I think that is true for any sector of business you would choose. Although the Federal Government seems to be growing by leaps and bounds.
