How Do You Do?
I am a certified (by AHIT) and soon to be licensed home inspector starting my own business here in SW Florida called Raydar Home Inspections. Always looking for advice and helpful hints. This seems like a good site to start.

Isn't it something that one can be "certified", but has never been in the business?
Ron, are you certified?
Ray, this is the site for you to learn from that is for sure. There is a ton on information which you can find in the board archives. Enough stuff there to read to keep you busy for a couple of years.

Thats 8 hours a day 7 days a week, no days off.
