Hello from Arizona
Hello Everybody,
I have been doing Home Inspections since 2004 in the Phoenix Arizona area and I am willing to share what I can with all of my fellow Inspectors that are part of this forum. I have alot of years in construction, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing and I hope to comment on this forum frequently.

Welcome Ricky,
I am new to this site as well. A lot of good info available here but unfortunately a lot of unnecessary banter and things that just don’t apply geographically as well. I am in Tucson so I’m sure we see a lot of the same issues.

Thank guys for the welcome.
After being on here and reading posts on all subjects for a week now, I think it will be a good fit for any Home Inspector to be a member here.
Im sure I will have input from the desert perspective which is alot different from my constuction experience back in Virginia. They are so different and after 6 years of just inspecting in Arizona (Phoenix Metro Area) , i am finally learning how to seperate the two methods.
Again thanks for the welcome and I will see you guys in the forums.
