    Default Retired but still curious.

    Hi everyone, I am Rick Williams, a retired Kiwi Plumbing Inspector living in Oregon. I like to keep up with the latest construction news, and also compare the differences in codes locally and internationally.
    I also spent a lot of years living in Amsterdam, The Netherlands before relocating to Oregon.
