New member / Old poster
I am a new member of this forum and this is my first posting. However, I am an OLD poster because I just turned 70 on Thanksgiving Day
I am a retired registered Architect and General Contractor in Peyton, Colorado (near Colorado Springs). I have over 50 years of experience in nearly all phases of the construction industry, so I hope to be of valuable service to you all in giving my opinion on some of those pesky esoteric questions. I am sure that I will also learn plenty from you young whipper snappers since I am just entering the building inspection phase of my life. I received my InterNACHI certification only a few days ago and am now ready to seek my fabulous fortune doing what you all are doing. (You ARE making a fortune aren't you??)
Thanks for letting me lurk around here to watch and learn and to insert a comment now and then.
