Active Rain Inspectors
I just joined so thought I would check and see if any of my AR's are also on this site. You may know me on AR as Hill Country Inspector since I am from the Texas Hill Country. Well I'm here if anybody wants to stop by. I have to learn my way around this site.

Erby: Thanks for the welcome. I haven't had much time to check everything out. I just stumbled upon this site. I'm not real savvy but trying to learn my way around. On this site they use "thread" and "trackback" not familiar with word usage but beginning to figure it out. Thanks again, have a good Tuesday. Carl

Re: Active Rain Inspectors
Welcome, Carl. You will find this site very beneficial and educational.
This site is vastly different from AR. What you won't find here is a bunch of inspectors groveling for the approval of Realtors and watering down their findings so as not to offend those Realtors.

Re: Active Rain Inspectors
Hey Carl:
I was onto this place way before I signed up with AR.
Actually the reason I went into AR was to get more linkage back to my web site for SEO (search engine optimization) and I have to say that AR has given me lots of lift in that dept.
However, that being said, this place has provided me with more education about our profession than anywhere else I've been to. including con-ed classes I've taken. There is a way to go to the archives and look up topics that were covered before this site went to its new format. There is a Frikkkin treasure trove of information to be had there. In the mean time, get to know how this thing works and you'll never leave.
Welcome aboard.

Victor: Thanks for the welcome and the inside scoop. It took me awhile to learn my way around AR. Just now getting comfortable, had lots of help. From what I have seen so far, you are right, lots of good education information targeted toward our industry. Thanks again.I'm just now learning about this SEO business. I'm beginning to think I'm too old to learn something new, but I'm trying and it's fun.
