New to this all
Hey guys my name is Eric Smith. I am from Illinois and just recieved my Lic. I am really excited but also nervous to get started. Hope to learn a lot form you all.

Welcome Eric to the exciting world of HI! I am also fairly new to the trade, I started my own business a little over a year ago. I think I am only one of two female home inspectors in AZ. I have learned so much in the past year, and I have so much more to learn. Nachi is a great association to further your education. When I am not inspecting or marketing I am online taking classes, I highly recommend NACHI TV. Good luck in 2011, it is going to be a great year!
