Welcome!
As for the wind mitigation - you mean like reducing Mother Nature's wind or a person's uncontrolled tendency to babble? Sorry, not sure what you're looking for.

Welcome to the forum! It is interesting and informative.
Sorry, can't help about mitigating wind. Now if you had said, "passing wind"....then yes I can help.

Sorry, should have been more specific... I want to become certified so I can do inspections on wind mitigation for insurance companies. Wanted to know if anyone has taken a course they could recomend?
The wind mitigation i am interested in has to do with the roof covering, attachment, exterior doors, windows and garage door.
